Oatmeal & Banana Rings

Make 4-6 Rings

These healthy easy to do snacks are perfect for your family going back to school or for a charge up after a workout.

If you like Banana Bread, these are going to be your favorite. For a small batch, you can make this recipe or double it up to make extras, I also personally like them cold straight out of the refrigerator, and they keep well for few days.

To make them sweeter you can drizzle some honey or sprinkle powder sugar.


1 ripe banana

1 egg

1 tablespoon of brown sugar

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

zest of an orange

1 cup of quick oats

Fruit and Nut snacking blend for topping

Optional, honey or powder sugar for topping


Place your ripe banana in a mixing bowl and smash it down to create a paste, add the fresh whole egg, brown sugar, vanilla, and orange zest, blend well and add your oats to create the batter.

Spray your pans well with a nonstick baking spray and fill them with the banana batter, then top them with the fruit and nut snack and bake them in the air fryer 425 for 7 minutes or until golden brown, you can also bake them in a regular oven at 350 for 15 minutes or less depending on the size.

These delicious healthy treats can be served directly out of the oven or enjoy them cold from the fridge, you can also top them with honey or a little powder sugar.
